(between fifth avenue and beach front).

In front of the apartment is Tútix disc, where you can dance in front of the beach, and a short distance you can find: banks, bus station, restaurants, harbor, boutiques, bars, car rental, handcrafts stores, park.

Playa del Carmen is located 40 minutes to Cancún Airport, 30 minutes to Tulum, and 120 minutes to Chichén Itzá.

A deposit of 50% is required to hold the reservation.
Reservation deposit is to be made by bank transfer.
Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
The balance is due upon arrival (cash, travelers checks ).
A security deposit is required upon arrival. The deposit can be secured by way of cash, travelers checks.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds

30 + days in advance - Deposit minus $50 USD will be refunded

15 - 30 days in advance - 50% of deposit will be refunded

Less than 15 days - No deposit will be refunded.
